Changes to the Financial Calendar 2016

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and relevant legislation, Pozavarovalnica Sava, d.d., Ljubljana ("Sava Reinsurance Company" or "Company") hereby announces the following:

Sava Reinsurance Company informs the interested public about the changes in the Company's financial calendar for 2016. The changes pertain to the date of the notice of the 31st general meeting of shareholders of Sava Reinsurance Company and the date of the announcement of the resolutions of the 31st general meeting.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
