Market maker for the Sava Re share (POSR)

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

Sava Re has entered into an agreement with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange member Raiffeisen Bank International AG for the provision of market-making services for the Sava Re share (POSR). Raiffeisen Bank International AG will start providing market-making services for the Company’s share on Tuesday, 2 April 2024.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, for at least five years from the date of this announcement.
