Announcement of changes entered in register of companies

In accordance with the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

On 24 May 2022, Sava Re d.d. received from its notary a decision (no. Srg 2022/47874 dated 09/05/ 2022) of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data in the register of companies.

In accordance with court decision no. Srg 2022/47874, the deletion of Jošt Dolničar as a member of the management board of Sava Re d.d. has been entered in the register of companies, effective from 5 May 2022.

On 24 May 2022, Sava Re d.d. received from its notary a decision (no. Srg 2022/48942 dated 17/05/2022) of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data in the register of companies.

In accordance with court decision no. Srg 2022/48942, a new term of office of Marko Jazbec, the former chairman of the management board of Sava Re d.d., has been entered in the register of companies, effective from 13 May 2022.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
