Announcement of Change Entered in Register of Companies

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Sava Re, d.d. Ljubljana announces the following:

On 22 January 2018, Sava Re, d.d. received, from its notary, a decision of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data maintained by the register of companies, decision no. Srg 2018/2595 dated 22 January 2018.

In accordance with this decision, Mateja Treven was stricken off the register of companies as a member of the Sava Re management board as of 13 January 2018.

Effective as of 14 January 2018, Polona Pirš Zupančič was entered into the register of companies as a new member of the management board of Sava Re, d.d.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of this announcement.
