Announcement of Change Entered in Register of Companies

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re, d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana makes the following announcement:

On 6 June 2018, Sava Re d.d. received, from its notary, a decision of the Ljubljana District Court confirming the entry of data on authorised representatives of the Company made to the register of companies, decision no. Srg 2018/22328 dated 5 June 2018.

Pursuant to the above decision on 1 June 2018, the current management board members Srečko Čebron and Jošt Dolničar were re-entered into the register of companies for an additional term of office.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
