Notification of change in major holdings

In accordance with Article 147 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 77/18, 17/19 – corrected, 66/19, 123/21 and 45/24) and Article 18 of the Decision on Information on Major Holdings (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 30/19), Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana (hereinafter Sava Re) hereby informs the public that on 4 April 2025, Croatia Osiguranje d.d. Vatroslava Jagića 33, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (hereinafter Croatia Osiguranje) received a notification of a change in major holding of shares in Sava Re traded under the symbol POSR (hereinafter the Notification). The Notification states that on 4 April 2025 Croatia Osiguranje acquired 838,197 POSR shares, representing a 4.87% stake in the capital of Sava Re, from Adris Grupa d.d., Obala Vladimira Nazora 1, 52210 Rovinj, Croatia, on the basis of a share transfer agreement dated 4 April 2025. The Notification further states that after the share transfer Croatia Osiguranje holds a total of 3,278,049 POSR shares, representing a 19.04% share in the capital of Sava Re or, taking into account Sava Re’s own shares, a 21.15% share of the voting rights.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, for at least five years from the date of this announcement.
