Announcement of Change Entered in Register of Companies

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Sava Re, d.d. Ljubljana announces the following:

On 10 October 2017, the Maribor District Court adopted decision no. Srg 2017/40746 on the entry of the amendment to the data maintained by the register of companies, whereby Sava Re, d.d. became the sole owner of the insurer Zavarovalnica Sava, d.d.

In accordance with a resolution adopted by the general meeting, the shares of the minority shareholders of Zavarovalnica Sava, d.d. were, against a cash compensation, transferred to Sava Re, d.d. as the main shareholder of the company.

Upon the entry of the resolution on the share transfer into the register of companies, Sava Re became the sole owner of Zavarovalnica Sava. 

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
