Receipt of Claim Filed by Zvonko Ivanušič for Annulment of Supervisory Board Resolution

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Sava Re, d.d., Ljubljana announces the following:

On 14 October 2016 Sava Re, d.d., received a claim filed by Zvonko Ivanušič with the Ljubljana District Court for annulment of supervisory board resolution on his recall from the position of chairman and member of the management board, annulment of entry of the change of representatives into the court register, return to the position of chairman of the management board and payment of non-pecuniary damages. 

The Company will file a defence to the claim filed by Zvonko Ivanušič within the statutory due date. The Company will not comment on the case while legal proceedings are ongoing.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
