Notification of managers' transactions in POSR shares

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Ljubljana, and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana (also the Company), makes the following announcement:

On 6 October 2023, Marko Jazbec, chairman of the Sava Re management board, acquired 163 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 3,732.70, representing 0.0009% of issued shares and 0.0011% of the shares outstanding. After this transaction, Marko Jazbec holds 11,750 POSR shares, and his voting power has increased from 0.0748% to 0.0758%.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of this announcement.
