Announcement of managers’ transactions in POSR shares

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana, and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

On 20 May 2020, Marko Jazbec, chair of Sava Re’s management board, acquired 1,500 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 23,550.00, representing 0.0087% of all shares and 0.0097% of shares with voting rights. After the transaction, Marko Jazbec holds 6,500 shares, while his share of voting rights has increased from 0.0323% to 0.0419%.

On 20 May 2020, Polona Pirš Zupančič, member of Sava Re’s management board, acquired 1,270 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 20,066.00, representing 0.0074% of all shares and 0.0082% of shares with voting rights. After the transaction, Polona Pirš Zupančič holds 3,748 shares, while her share of voting rights has increased from 0.0160% to 0.0242%.

This announcement will also be available on the Company's website, at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
