Notification of managers’ transactions in POSR shares

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana (also: the Company) announces the following:

On 2 September 2020, Peter Skvarča, member of the Sava Re management board, acquired 850 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 14,450.00, representing 0.0049% of issued shares and 0.0055% of the shares outstanding. Prior to this transaction, Peter Skvarča held no POSR shares.

On 3 September 2020, Marko Jazbec, chairman of the Sava Re management board, acquired 1,000 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 16,900.00, representing 0.0058% of issued shares and 0.0065% of the shares outstanding. After this transaction, Marko Jazbec holds 8,500 POSR shares, and his share of voting rights has increased from 0.0484% to 0.0548%.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
