Announcement of Change Entered in Register of Companies

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Sava Re, d.d. Ljubljana announces the following:

On 18 May 2017, Sava Re, d.d. received, from its notary, a decision of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data maintained by the register of companies, decision no. Srg 2017/19625 dated 17 May 2017.

In accordance with this decision, Jošt Dolničar was stricken off the register of companies as chairman of the management board as of 11 May 2017 and entered as member of the management board of Sava Re, d.d. Effective as of 12 May 2017, Marko Jazbec was entered into the register of companies as the new chairman of the management board of Sava Re, d.d.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
