Announcement of Change Entered in Register of Companies

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Sava Re, d.d. Ljubljana announces the following:

On 19 July 2017, Sava Re, d.d. received, from its notary, a decision of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data maintained by the register of companies, decision no. Srg 2017/29612 dated 18 July 2017.

Pursuant to this decision, an entry was made to the register of companies to the effect that as at 15 July 2017, the following members of the Supervisory Board of Sava Re, d.d. were stricken off the register: Keith William Morris, Mateja Lovšin Herič and Slaven Mićković.

Pursuant to a court decision dated 16 July 2017, Andrej Kren, Keith William Morris and Mateja Lovšin Herič were entered in the register of companies as new members of the Supervisory Board of Sava Re, d.d. for the next four-year term of office.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
