Recall of the chairman of the management board

Pursuant to Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, the Sava Reinsurance company (Pozavarovalnica Sava, d.d.) hereby publishes the following notice:

In its extraordinary session on 22 August 2016, the supervisory board of Sava Reinsurance Company recalled Zvonko Ivanušič from the position of both chairman and member of the Company's management board as of 23 August 2016. 

The supervisory board appointed management board member Jošt Dolničar as temporary chairman of the management board as of 23 August 2016, and adopted a decision by which the management board is composed of three members effective 23 August 2016. 

The supervisory board will immediately begin the process of selecting of a new chairman of the management board with a regular term of office."

This notice will also be published at the company's web page at www.sava-re.si as from 23 August 2016 for the period of at least 5 years.
