Availability of Poxel's 2025 Half-Year Financial Report

LYON, France, December 18, 2025POXEL SA (Euronext: POXEL - FR0012432516), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative treatments for chronic serious diseases with metabolic pathophysiology, including metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and rare metabolic disorders, today announced the availability of its half-year financial report as of June 30, 2025.

The half-year financial report includes:

  • the condensed consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2025, as of June 30, 2025;
  • the half-year activity report;
  • the certification of the person responsible for the half-year financial report;
  • the Statutory Auditors' limited review report on the half-year financial information, which includes an inability to reach a conclusion due to the uncertainties surrounding going concern.
