Result of AGM

Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE),   a company pioneering integrated technology that converts non-recyclable waste into low carbon energy with a revenue generating engineering consulting division ("Engsolve") , announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 10 July 2025, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

All resolutions were decided on a poll.
