Dear Shareholder

Power Minerals Limited (ASX: PNN) (the Company) will be holding a General Meeting at 10:00am AWST time on 24 September 2024 (the Meeting).

In accordance with the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022, the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting (the Notice) to Shareholders unless hardcopies have been requested. The Notice can be viewed and downloaded from https://www2.asx.com.au/markets/company/pnn.

If you have nominated an email address and have elected to receive electronic communications from the Company, you will also receive an email to your nominated email address with a link to an electronic copy of the important Meeting documents.

If you are unable to access any of the important Meeting documents online, please contact the Company Secretary, Jay Stephenson at admin@powerminerals.com.au.

A copy of your Proxy Form is included with this letter.

You will not be mailed a physical copy of the Notice of Meeting unless you request a hard copy. To request a hard copy, please contact the share registry on +61 1300 554 474.

If you are unable to attend the Meeting, you may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf via www.linkmarketservices.com.au or by following the instructions on the Proxy Form . The Proxy Form (and any power of attorney under which it is signed) must be received not later than 10:00am WST on 22 September 2024 (being 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting). Even if you plan to attend the Meeting in person, we encourage you to submit a directed proxy vote so that your vote will be counted if for any reason you cannot attend on the day.
