This is to inform you that the 26[th] AGM of the Company will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 10.00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In this regard, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of members and share transfer books of the Company will be closed from September 16, 2025, to September 22, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
The Company is providing remote e-voting facility before the AGM as well as e-voting facility during the AGM as per the calendar given below:
