POWER GROUP ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

October 2, 2024 – Vancouver, BC - Power Group Projects Corp. (TSXV: PGP) (the " Company ") announces that Mr. Eric Boehnke resigned as a director of the Company.

The Company is evaluating a possible replacement for Mr. Boehnke and the Board would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Boehnke for his invaluable support and contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
