PostNL en vakorganisaties bereiken definitief akkoord cao PostNL

Den Haag, 17 december 2014 – PostNL heeft met de vakorganisaties Abvakabo FNV, BVPP, CNV Publieke Zaak en VHP2 na instemming van hun leden een definitief akkoord bereikt over de cao voor PostNL. PostNL vindt de nieuwe cao een goede balans tussen de wensen van vakorganisaties en de noodzaak om kosten te beheersen. Naast salarisverhogingen in 2015 en de verhoging van de eigen bijdrage in de pensioenpremie zijn er eveneens afspraken gemaakt over aanpassing van de pensioenregeling aan nieuwe fiscale wetgeving. De looptijd van de nieuwe cao is van 1 januari 2015 tot en met 31 december 2015.

Salarisverhoging en afspraken over pensioen

• Medewerkers ontvangen in 2015 in drie stappen een salarisverhoging. Per 1 januari 2015 gaat het om 1 procent salarisverhoging en per 1 september 2015 om 0,7 procent. Tot slot volgt nogmaals 0,7 procent per 1 december 2015.
• Daar staat tegenover dat de eigen bijdrage in de pensioenpremie op basis van een eerdere intentieverklaring in twee stappen omhoog gaat van 4 naar 6 procent. De eigen bijdrage zal tot en met 2017 in principe niet verder stijgen. Zie persbericht van 18 november 2014.
• Voorts wordt het opbouwpercentage voor ouderdomspensioen verlaagd naar het nieuwe wettelijke maximum van 1,875%. Zie persbericht van 18 november 2014.
• PostNL verhoogt het nabestaandenpensioen van 60 naar 63 procent van het ouderdomspensioen. Zie persbericht van 18 november 2014.

Deze cao is voor vrijwel alle medewerkers van Pakketten, Productie, Commercie en het hoofdkantoor. Postbezorgers en zaterdagbestellers hebben hun eigen arbeidsvoorwaarden.

PostNL and trade unions reach final agreement for PostNL CLA

The Hague, 17 December 2014 – PostNL reached a final agreement for the PostNL CLA with the Abvakabo FNV, BVPP, CNV Publieke Zaak and VHP2 trade unions following consent from their members. PostNL sees the new CLA as a good balance between the trade unions' demands and the need to maintain control of costs. In addition to pay rises in 2015 and the increase in personal contributions to the pension scheme, there are also agreements regarding adapting the scheme to new tax legislation. The new CLA will remain in effect from 1 January 2015 until 31 December 2015.

Pay rises and agreements regarding pensions

• In 2015, employees will receive pay rises in three steps. This will comprise a 1 percent salary increase on 1 January 2015, followed by a 0.7 percent increase on 1 September 2015. Another final 0.7 percent increase will follow on 1 December 2015.
• Conversely, personal contributions to the pension scheme will increase in two steps from 4 to 6 percent on the basis of a previous declaration of intent. In principle, personal contributions will not increase any further up to 2017. press release of 18th November.
• The accrual percentage for old-age pensions is being reduced to the new statutory maximum of 1.875%. press release of 18th November.
• PostNL is increasing the survivors' pension from 60 to 63 percent of the old-age pension. press release of 18th November.

This CLA applies to almost all staff in Parcels, Production, Commerce and the head office. Mail deliverers and Saturday deliverers have their own employment benefits.
