Mutares to acquire majority stake in Nexive's business from PostNL
Munich/The Hague, 24 February 2020 – Mutares and PostNL have signed an agreement on the sale of 80% of Nexive's business. Nexive is the number-two mail and parcels provider in Italy and currently a full subsidiary of PostNL. PostNL will obtain a minority interest of 20% in the entity acquiring the Nexive business. The transaction is subject to a number of conditions and is expected to close in Q2 2020.

Mutares neemt meerderheidsaandeel in Nexive's activiteiten over van PostNL
München/Den Haag, 24 februari 2020 - Mutares en PostNL hebben een overeenkomst getekend over de verkoop van 80% van de activiteiten van Nexive, de nummer 2 bezorger van post en pakketten in Italië en een dochter van PostNL. PostNL zal een aandeel van 20% verkrijgen in de entiteit die de Nexive business zal acquireren. Onder voorbehoud van een aantal condities zal de transactie naar verwachting worden afgerond in het tweede kwartaal van 2020.
