PostNL executes a €400 million multicurrency revolving credit facility

The Hague, 10 April 2015 – PostNL has successfully completed a five-year €400 million multicurrency revolving credit facility, including two one-year extension options.

This facility will replace the former €570 million multicurrency revolving credit facility, which was originally due for re-financing in 2016. Benefitting from current favourable market conditions, PostNL secured access to committed future financing capacity in line with its financing strategy at reduced financing costs and updated terms and conditions.

The facility can be used for general funding purposes.

PostNL sluit een €400 miljoen multicurrency revolving kredietfaciliteit af

Den Haag, 10 april 2015 – PostNL heeft een €400 miljoen multicurrency revolving kredietfaciliteit afgesloten met een looptijd van 5 jaar en tweemaal de optie tot verlenging met een jaar.

Deze faciliteit vervangt de huidige €570 miljoen multicurrency revolving kredietfaciliteit, welke zou aflopen in 2016. Gebruikmakend van de huidige gunstige marktcondities heeft PostNL de beschikbaarheid van toekomstige financiering veilig gesteld tegen geactualiseerde voorwaarden en lagere kosten, in lijn met zijn financiële beleid.

De faciliteit kan gebruikt worden voor algemene financieringsdoeleinden.
