Bernard Bot is CFO of TNT since 1 August 2010.
His portfolio includes financial reporting and accounting, risk management and internal control, mergers and acquisitions, business control, treasury, tax, investor relations, legal and integrity.
Before joining TNT in 2005, he worked for 13 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner serving clients in the post, logistics and transportation sectors. At TNT he was appointed Group Director Business Control directly reporting to the CFO with responsibilities including internal control, mergers and acquisitions and business control.
