POSTE ITALIANE: CHANGES TO THE 2017 CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS AND RESIGNATION OF AN ALTERNATE AUDITOR

Rome, 31 January 2017 – A change has been made to Poste Italiane's calendar of corporate events for 2017 previously published on 13 December 2016. In particular, the Board of Directors will now examine and approve the 2016 Consolidated Financial Statements, the draft Poste Italiane Group operating accounts for 2016, and the proposal for allocating profits, on 15 March 2017, rather than on 27 March 2017.

Additionally, the Annual General Meeting called upon to resolve on the approval of Poste Italiane's 2016 Financial Statements and the allocation of profits has been brought forward from 30 May 2017 to 27 April 2017, and shall be convened in a single call.

Poste Italiane further announces that on 30 January 2017, the Alternate Auditor Andrea Bonechi handed in his resignation from the post, with immediate effect.
