POSTE ITALIANE: THE REMUNERATION REPORT, THE INFORMATION DOCUMENT RELATED TO THE EQUITY-BASED INCENTIVE PLANS AND THE CONNECTED EXPLANATORY REPORTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, 24 April 2019 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the explanatory reports on the fifth item ("Remuneration report") and on the sixth item ("Equity-based incentive plans") of the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Poste Italiane – that will take place on 28 May 2019 on single call – are available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's internet website (www.posteitaliane.it, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/ Shareholders' Meeting 2019/Documentation and reports), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

The same Remuneration report and the Information document related to the "Equity-based incentive plans", drawn up pursuant to art. 114-bis of the Legislative Decree of 24 February 1998, n. 58, are also available to the public in the same manner described above.
