POSTE ITALIANE: THE DEED OF DEMERGER AND MERGER RELATED TO THE REORGANISATION PLAN OF POSTECOM S.P.A. HAS BEEN EXECUTED

Rome, January 30, 2017 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. ("Poste Italiane") informs that the deed of the partial demerger of Postecom S.p.A. ("Postecom") to Postel S.p.A. ("Postel") and the subsequent deed of merger by incorporation of Postecom into the same Poste Italiane has been executed today.

Postecom and Postel are wholly owned subsidiaries of Poste Italiane and the above demerger and merger was previously announced to the market on September 12, 2016 and on November 9, 2016.
