POSTE ITALIANE: APPOINTED NEW HEAD OF BANCOPOSTA AND NEW "MOBILE AND DIGITAL PAYMENTS" UNIT CREATED

Rome, 18 October 2017 – The Board of Directors of Poste Italiane S.p.A. ("Poste Italiane") has appointed – after hearing the favourable opinion of the Appointments Committee – Andrea Novelli to head the function "BancoPosta".

Andrea Novelli will take over the position from Marco Siracusano, who meanwhile has been appointed head of Mobile and Digital Payments, set up to provide a unified offering to retail and business clients and the public administration, ensuring maximum development and integration, as well as reinforcing a service model to valorise Poste Italiane's physical distribution channels at the same time guaranteeing growth in digital.
