Rome, April 12, 2016 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the notice of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for next May 24, 2016, on single call – whose extract will be published on the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" tomorrow April 13, 2016 - is available to the public, in full text, on the Company's website (www.posteitaliane.it).
With this regard, it should be noted that the items concerning the determination of the number of Directors and the complementation of the composition of the Board of Directors have been included in the agenda of the said Shareholders' Meeting - following the specific consent expressed by the controlling Shareholder, Ministry of Economy and Finance, on March 30, 2016 in order to carry out the commitments undertaken in the context of the listing of the shares of the Company.
