Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Portmeirion Group PLC, the global homewares brands group, confirms it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "2024 Annual Report").

In addition, the Group announces that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered office at London Road, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST4 7QQ on Tuesday 20 May 2025 at 12.00 noon (the "2025 AGM").

The 2024 Annual Report and the Notice of the 2025 AGM have been published on the Company's website at  https://www.portmeiriongroup.com/investors/reports-and-presentations   and  https://www.portmeiriongroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/notice-agms , respectively.

Printed copies will be posted or made available to shareholders who requested to receive them in hard copy form.
