Exercise of Options

6 November 2015

The Company announces that on 5 November 2015, a certain employee of the Group exercised options under The Portmeirion 2002 Share Option Scheme to subscribe for a total of 2,240 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £4.875 each. Accordingly, the Company has transferred 2,240 Ordinary Shares from shares held in treasury in respect of the exercise. 

Application has been made for 2,240 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and trading of these shares is expected to commence on or around 12 November 2015 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company has 11,003,154 Ordinary Shares in issue, consisting of 10,760,374 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 242,780 Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury. The figure of 10,760,374 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders of Portmeirion Group PLC as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
