The Company was today notified that, on 15 June 2016, Brett Phillips, Group Finance Director, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £10.145 per Ordinary Share, of which 10,000 held directly by Mr Phillips were sold and 15,000 registered in the name of his wife, Delia Phillips, were sold.
In addition, on 15 June 2016, Delia Phillips sold a further 5,000 Ordinary Shares to Richard Steele, Non-executive Chairman, at a price of £10.145 per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr Phillips holds a beneficial interest in 61,745 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.57% of the issued share capital of the Company with voting rights, and Mr Steele holds a beneficial interest in 27,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
