The Company announces that, on 14 March 2016, it was notified that Mrs Wendy Bryan, the wife of Mr Lawrence Bryan, Chief Executive, holds 1,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this change in Mr Bryan's beneficial interest, which was effected on 24 June 2015 by way of marriage, Mr Bryan holds a beneficial interest in 140,728 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.31% of the issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
