Deferred Incentive Share Option Grants

The Company announces that on 6 August 2013, the following Directors exercised options under The Portmeirion Group 2010 Deferred Incentive Share Option Plan (the "Plan") to subscribe for a total of 21,404 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below:

Accordingly,the Company has transferred 21,404 Ordinary Shares from shares held in treasury by the Company in respect of the exercises.

Application has been made for 21,404 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and trading of these shares is expected to commence on 13 August 2013.

The total number of Ordinary Shares which the Director holds following this notification (including the shares above) is:
