AGM Statement

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today at 11.00 a.m. the Non-Executive Chairman, Dick Steele, made the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that the year has started well. Our sales for the four months to the end of April were over 3% above the corresponding period last year and our performance is in line with market expectations. Our order book is strong and we are positive about the outlook for the full year."

All of the resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting were passed.
