Transfer of Company Shares According to Ponsse Plc’s Share-Based Incentive Scheme 2018

Ponsse Plc's Board of Directors has decided to launch a free share issue for the payment of the share-based incentive scheme 2018 for the Group's key employees. The company has issued a release of the share-based incentive system and the related share issue on 31 October 2018.

A total of 33,092 shares held by the company were given as reward to the Group's key employees belonging to the target group of the share-based incentive scheme in a share issue without payment today on 27 November 2018. According to the terms of the share-based incentive scheme, the key employees may not assign the shares they have received as reward before 12 December 2021.

After the assignment of the shares, the company does not possess any of its own shares.
