Ponsse does not distribute additional dividend from financial year 2021

Ponsse Plc, Other information disclosed according to the rules of the Exchange, 15 November 2022 at 3:20 pm (EET) Ponsse's Annual General Meeting held on 7 April 2022 resolved that EUR 0.60 per share be paid in dividends for the financial period 2021. The dividend was paid to all shareholders who were listed in the shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd as a company shareholder on the record date of 11 April 2022 and the dividend was paid on 20 April 2022. The AGM also decided to authorise the Board of Directors to decide on paying an additional dividend of at most EUR 0.25 per share at a later date. Ponsse's Board of Directors has now resolved not to use this authorization, and no additional dividend will be paid for the financial year 2021.
