Ponsse Plc has received on May 13, 2020 a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Nordea Funds Ltd. According to the notification the holding of Nordea Funds Ltd in Ponsse’s shares has increased to 5.81 percent due to transaction made on May 8, 2020 when Nordea Fund Ltd acquired 5.7 percent (1,595,974 shares) of Ponsse Plc´s shares. According to the notification, Nordea Funds Ltd has a total of 5.81 percent of the votes in Ponsse Plc´s shares.
