Change in the operative management of Ponsse Plc

Norbert Schalkx, who has been working as an Area Director (Asia Pacific and
Africa) at Ponsse Plc since 2008, is leaving the company on 20 March 2017.
Jarmo Vidgrén, Sales and Marketing Director, will be taking care of Schalkx's
responsibilities for the time being.

Ponsse Plc would like to thank Norbert Schalkx for his contribution to the
management of Ponsse's Asia-Pasific and Africa operations.
