Eero Lukkarinen appointed Managing Director of Ponsse’s Swedish subsidiary

Eero Lukkarinen appointed Managing Director of Ponsse's Swedish subsidiary M.Sc. (Forestry Econ.) Eero Lukkarinen (46) has been appointed Managing Director of Ponsse Plc's Swedish subsidiary, Ponsse AB, as of 12 March 2012. Lukkarinen's previous experiences include a position as the Executive Manager of the Forest Management Association of North Karelia (from 2003 to 2009). During 1999-2003, he worked for Ponsse as an Exports Manager and as the Managing Director of Ponsse AB. Before returning to Ponsse, Lukkarinen worked as the Marketing Director of Kesla Oyj (since 2009). Lukkarinen reports to Jarmo Vidgrén, Sales and Marketing Director of Ponsse Plc. He will be based in Surahammar, Sweden. The former Managing Director of Ponsse AB, Jerry Wannberg, left Ponsse for personal reasons on 7 February 2012. Ponsse AB was established in 1994. The company's headquarters are located in Surahammar, Sweden. Ponsse AB is responsible for Ponsse's sales and maintenance services in Sweden and Denmark. In addition to the company's two service centres, the region's maintenance service network comprises 29 local authorised service providers. Sales and maintenance services in the region of Norrbotten County are managed by Ponsse's reseller, AN Maskinteknik AB.
