PONSSE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 26 October 2010, 10:35 A.M. Einari Vidgrén has passed away Einari Vidgrén, the founder of Ponsse Plc and Chairman of the Board of Directors, passed away at the age of 67 suddenly last night, 26 October 2010. Due to the sudden passing of the Chairman of the Board, the Board of Ponsse Plc has been reorganised. Juha Vidgrén was unanimously appointed as the Chairman of the Board, and Heikki Hortling was appointed as Vice Chairman. Juha Vidgrén has previously worked as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Ponsse Plc and has been a member of the Board of Ponsse Plc since 2000. Heikki Hortling has been a member of the Board of Ponsse since 31 March 2010.
