PONSSE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 5 MAY 2009, AT 9:30 A.M. CHANGES IN THE OPERATIVE MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL OF PONSSE PLC Mikko Paananen LL.M., CFO and member of the Management Team at Ponsse since 2002, is leaving the company due to personal reasons. From 1 June 2009, the company's finances will, until further notice, be managed by Juho Nummela, President and CEO. Maintenance Supervisor Pertti Rönkkö has been appointed Maintenance Manager for Finland from 4 May 2009. He is replacing Jorma Smedberg, who is leaving the company. Pentti Hiltunen has been appointed Maintenance Supervisor for the Iisalmi Service Centre from 4 May 2009.
