NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 124 (6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended, (the Rules), the company is required to transfer all shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for seven consecutive years or more in the name of Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) to be credited to DEMAT account of the authority maintained with CDSL.

Individual notices have already been sent to concerned shareholders, whose shares are liable to be transferred to IE PF DEMATAccount, to their latest available address. The details of such shareholders are also displayed on thewebsite of the company.

Year wise unpaid dividend details in respect of above shareholders are posted on the company website. The concerned shareholders are requested to claim the unpaid dividend amount(s) on or before 10th August 2021, failing which their shares shall be transferred to IEPF DEMAT account.

The unclaimed dividends and the shares transferred to IEPF authority including all benefits accruing on shares if any, can be claimed back by the shareholders from IEPF authority by following the due process prescribed underthe Rules. No claim in this respect shall however lie against the company.
