Dr L M Ramakrishnan, (DIN: 00001978) Vice Chairman and Independent Director of the Company ceases his directorship effective from close of 30[th] September 2022 upon completion of his second term in accordance with the Special Resolution passed by shareholders through postal ballot on 29.03.2019. The details of Dr L M Ramakrishnan as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09.09.2015 is enclosed as Annex-1 .

2. Mr. P.Manoharan (DIN: 09706869) has been appointed as an additional director in the category independent director from 01.10.2022 by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 17.09.2022 and the postal ballot notice seeking approval of shareholders by postal ballot through remote e-voting for appointment of Mr. P.Manoharan as an Independent director of the company, not liable to retire by rotation and to hold office for a fixed term of five (5) years from 01.10.2022 to 30.09.2027 has been sent to the shareholders. The details of Mr.P.Manoharan is enclosed as Annex-2.
