Polymetals Resources Limited ( Company, ASX: POL ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that the Company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting is currently scheduled to be convened on Tuesday, 19 November 2024.

On the basis of the above meeting date, and pursuant to its Constitution, the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday 23 September 2024. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s Registered Office by 5:00 pm AEST.

The materials for the AGM will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.
