DETAILS OF 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Polymetals Resources Ltd (ASX: POL ) ( “Company” ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Clause 8.1 of its Constitution, its next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 29 November 2021 at 11.00am (AEDT).
Further, any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AEDT) on 22 October 2021.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting. The AGM will be held as a virtual meeting. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform, and on the Company’s website at https://www.polymetals.com/.
