Polymetals Resources Limited (ASX-POL, the Company) advises that the closing date of the Company’s Rights Issue has been amended to 22 December 2023 (from 19 December 2023). This is to allow additional time for overseas investors to participate in the issue. An amended timetable is set out below.
Further information in relation to the Rights Issue is included in the Offer Booklet for the Rights Issue which was lodged with ASX on 30 November 2023 (and sent to shareholders, earlier today), and which is available on the Company’s website www.polymetals.com and at https://events.miraqle.com/pol-offer/
