COMPLETION OF RIGHTS ISSUE
Polymetals Resources Ltd (ASX: POL ) ( Polymetals or the Company ) is pleased to confirm completion of the 1 for 6 non-renounceable Rights Issue as announced on the 30 November 2023.
The Rights Issue closed at 5:00pm on the 22 December 2023 raising total committed funds of $1,743,867 at an offer price of $0.32 per New Share. The $0.32 per share issue price is at a 5% premium to the Polymetals 30-day trading VWAP.
Allotment of New Shares
The New Shares taken up under the Rights Issue are expected to be allotted on or before Monday 8th January 2024 and are expected to commence trading on the Australian Securities Exchange following the day of allotment. The New Shares will rank equally with existing shares on issue.
Shortfall
The company has been approached by external parties regarding the subscription of shortfall shares. At the Board’s discretion, some of the shortfall shares may be placed to various external parties.
