Polymetals Resources Ltd (ASX: POL) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Polymetals Resources Ltd (‘POL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of POL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 31 October 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Polymetals Resources Limited (the Company, ASX :POL ) requests an immediate trading halt of its securities.
The reason for the trading halt is the pending release of an announcement of a proposed fund raising.
The Company expects that an announcement concerning a proposed capital raising is to be lodged with the ASX by no later than the opening of the market Monday 31 October 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor of any other information necessary to inform the market regarding the trading halt.
