Operating Changes to Polymetals Resources
The Board of Polymetals Resources Ltd (ASX: POL , “ Polymetals ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to advise of the following matters which concern the Company’s plans to internalise its operating processes:
Change in registered office and principal place of business of the Company
The Company wishes to advise that it has changed its registered office and principal place of business, with immediate effect to:

Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary
The Company is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr John Haley as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from 1 February 2023. Mr Haley is an accountant (former Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants) with over 40 years’ experience, specifically providing taxation advice to clients in the Australian mining industry. Mr Haley holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland, as well as a Marketing Diploma from the Queensland University of Technology.
Mr Haley’s experience includes approximately 20 years as a Director/Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of junior mining companies in Australia and Canada. He was a founding Director of three ASX listed companies, Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX: MLM), MetroCoal Limited and Cape Alumina Limited (the latter two subsequently merged to form MetroMining Limited (ASX: MMI)).

Mr Haley currently acts the Company Secretary and CFO for New Peak Metals Limited (ASX:NPM) and Clara Resources Australia Ltd (ASX:C7A).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Haley is responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters upon his appointment.
The Company also wishes to advise that Messrs Kurt Laney and Vince Fayad have resigned as joint company secretaries and CFO, effective from 31 January 2023. The Board thanks Messrs Laney and Fayad for their diligent and professional services to the Company and wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.
