2. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meeting held on May 21, 2020. The statutory auditors have carried out audit office results.
3. Adjudanta (IN), 201 (see equity shown in 200 % of the face value of Rs. 10/- each) (Pension Year Rs. 20+ per equity share i.e. 200 % of the face value of Rs. 10/- each) has been recommended by the Board of Directors of Freepress Journal, and does not apply to the approval of the shareholders. As per list As 109. "Operating Segment" segment information has been provided under the Notes to Consolidated Financial Results.
4. The financial figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2027 are the balancing factor of the quarter ended quarter and year ended to full format year ended on March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2026 respectively and the published unaudited year to date figures up to the third quarter ended December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2024 respectively.
